Job Description

The Terelak agency is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team!

We are looking for sales people to bring new customers to Allstate Insurance. If you love sales, you will love working in the insurance industry.


This person will also work with our current customer to take care of their needs and make sure they have all the right protection in place.


In our agency our core values are we look for individuals that are self driven, positive, a team player and compassionate.


Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top notch.


Your main goal will always be to put people's best interest first in order to properly protect them.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency and your own networking.
  • Ensure that the Terelak Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Requirements
  • Personal Lines Insurance License a bonus. If you do not have the insurance license we will guide you on the steps to obtain. Licensing reimbursement is available.
  • Previous Sales Experience is a plus
